Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to design and implement a centralized CMDB/CSDM solution within a large enterprise. You will collaborate with architecture, security, operations, governance, and technology teams to deliver a scalable, compliant data platform that supports automation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow integration technologies including REST APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes, platform architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Experience designing scalable data models, integration workflows, and data quality or reconciliation mechanisms.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting for customization and automation.
• CSA, CAD, CIS Data Foundations certifications will be an advantage.
• Excellent English skills for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework to support enterprise asset and service management.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow integration capabilities.
• Configure data models, mapping logic, reconciliation rules, and governance mechanisms to ensure high-quality CMDB data.
• Build scalable technical solutions aligned with platform architecture, security standards, and operational requirements.
• Create technical documentation, support testing activities, and ensure operational readiness through knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust ServiceNow solutions.
• Drive continuous improvements in platform performance, automation, and data quality.
