Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join the ServiceNow Team. You will work on projects across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/HRSD/SecOps/SPM, handling configuration, scripting, integrations, and dashboards.

Requirements include 2+ years in ServiceNow development, knowledge of core modules, and fluent English and Polish. You will collaborate in SCRUM sessions and contribute to documentation, testing, and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.
• Methodical and focused approach with good analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent English and fluent Polish; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and participate in design reviews and SCRUM meetings.
• Develop and administer ServiceNow configurations, security, data management, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Create and maintain documentation and validate technical solutions before deployment.
• Develop scripts, flows, portals, widgets, dashboards, and provide testing support.
• Mentor less-experienced team members and identify automation opportunities.
