Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to design and implement a centralized CMDB solution in a large enterprise. You will work across architecture, security, operations, governance, and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and automate-ready assets and services management.

The role emphasizes expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow integrations, with a strong focus on data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow integration technologies.
• Understanding of ITSM processes and platform architecture.
• Experience designing scalable data models and reconciliation mechanisms.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for platform customization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework for asset and service management.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer.
• Configure data models, mapping logic, and governance for high-quality CMDB data.
• Build scalable solutions aligned with security standards and operational requirements.
• Create technical documentation and support testing activities.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver robust ServiceNow solutions.
• Drive continuous improvements in platform performance, automation, and data quality.
