Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to design and implement a centralized CMDB solution in a large enterprise. You will work across architecture, security, operations, governance, and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and automate-ready assets and services management.

The role emphasizes expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow integrations, with a strong focus on data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow integration technologies.
• Understanding of ITSM processes and platform architecture.
• Experience designing scalable data models and reconciliation mechanisms.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for platform customization and automation.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced technology professional to support the design and implementation of a centralized configuration data solution within a large-scale enterprise environment. In this role, you will combine expertise in service management platforms, configuration management, and system integrations to ensure that critical technology assets are accurately represented, governed, and maintained. You will work with architecture, security, operations, governance, and technology teams to deliver a scalable solution that supports compliance, reporting, operational excellence, and future automation initiatives.

Your tasks

• Design and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework to support enterprise asset and service management
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow integration capabilities
• Configure data models, mapping logic, reconciliation rules, and governance mechanisms to ensure high-quality CMDB data
• Build scalable technical solutions aligned with platform architecture, security standards, and operational requirements
• Create technical documentation, support testing activities, and ensure operational readiness through knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust ServiceNow solutions
• Drive continuous improvements in platform performance, automation, and data quality

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow integration technologies, including REST APIs, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, and best practices
• Experience designing scalable data models, integration workflows, and data quality or reconciliation mechanisms
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting for platform customization and automation
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD and CIS Data Foundations and other mainline certifications will be an advantage
• Excellent English skills, enabling seamless collaboration in an international environment
