Sii Poland is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to configure and customize CSM solutions based on business needs. You will design workflows, case management and platform enhancements while ensuring high quality software delivery.

You will build and support REST/SOAP integrations, collaborate with architects, analysts and Agile teams, and contribute to documentation. Excellent English and ability to work in an international environment are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API-based development.
• Familiarity with Service Portal Administration.
• Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Professional proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM solutions based on business requirements.
