Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to design and implement a centralized CMDB/CSDM solution within a large enterprise. Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow integration technologies including REST APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes, platform architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Experience designing scalable data models, integration workflows, and data quality or reconciliation mechanisms.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting for customization and automation.
• CSA, CAD, CIS Data Foundations certifications will be an advantage.
• Excellent English skills for international collaboration.

• Build scalable technical solutions aligned with platform architecture, security standards, and operational requirements.
• Create technical documentation, support testing activities, and ensure operational readiness through knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust ServiceNow solutions.
• Drive continuous improvements in platform performance, automation, and data quality.

We are looking for an experienced technology professional to support the design and implementation of a centralized configuration data solution within a large-scale enterprise environment. In this role, you will combine expertise in service management platforms, configuration management, and system integrations to ensure that critical technology assets are accurately represented, governed, and maintained. You will work with architecture, security, operations, governance, and technology teams to deliver a scalable solution that supports compliance, reporting, operational excellence, and future automation initiatives.

Your tasks

• Design and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework to support enterprise asset and service management
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow integration capabilities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow integration technologies, including REST APIs, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, and best practices
• Experience designing scalable data models, integration workflows, and data quality or reconciliation mechanisms
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting for platform customization and automation
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD and CIS Data Foundations and other mainline certifications will be an advantage
• Excellent English skills, enabling seamless collaboration in an international environment
