Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to configure and customize CSM solutions in an international setting. You will design workflows, manage case processes, and enhance the platform to meet business requirements.

You will implement REST/SOAP integrations, collaborate with architects and analysts, and support testing and deployment. Strong English and hands-on ServiceNow experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API-based development.
• Familiarity with Service Portal Administration.
• Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Professional proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, case management processes, and platform enhancements.
• Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP services.
