Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce Competence Center. You will support clients through analysis, solution design, platform configuration, and presales activities, delivering Salesforce-based solutions with a consulting approach.

If designing solutions, collaborating with clients, and shaping implementations excites you, this role could be a perfect fit. Residency in Poland is required and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Strong expertise in configuring Salesforce using declarative tools.
• Very good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience in pre-implementation analysis and conducting client workshops.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Previous work in implementation or transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Proven experience validated by Salesforce certifications.
• Advanced level of Polish and English.
• Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis and lead discovery workshops.
• Gather and refine business requirements.
• Design Salesforce-based solutions following best practices.
• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools.
• Create functional docs, user stories, and backlogs.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project teams.
• Advise clients on Salesforce capabilities and optimal solutions.
• Lead client presentations, demos, and product workshops.
• Participate in presales activities and estimations.
• Take on Lead Consultant role coordinating work and mentoring others.
