Job summary
Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant for our Salesforce Competence Center in Poznań. You will analyze business needs, design Salesforce-based solutions, and configure the platform using declarative tools while engaging with clients in presentations and workshops.
Responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, gathering requirements, creating docs and backlogs, and guiding implementation teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years building on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong declarative Salesforce configuration expertise.
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud knowledge.
- Experience with pre-implementation analysis and client workshops.
- Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills.
- Salesforce certifications confirmed.
Responsibilities
- Lead business process analysis and discovery workshops.
- Gather and refine business requirements for Salesforce projects.
- Design Salesforce solutions following best practices.
- Configure Salesforce using declarative tools.
- Create functional docs, user stories, and backlogs.
- Collaborate with architects, developers and teams during implementation.
- Advise clients on platform capabilities and optimal solutions.
- Lead client demos and product workshops.
- Participate in presales activities and estimations.
- Serve as Lead Consultant coordinating work and mentoring juniors.
