Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce Competence Center in Poland. You will support clients through business analysis, design and platform configuration, and participate in presentations, workshops, and presales initiatives.

You will combine technical knowledge with a consulting approach to deliver optimal Salesforce solutions. If designing solutions and collaborating with clients gives you satisfaction, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
• Strong expertise in configuring Salesforce using declarative tools.
• Very good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience in pre-implementation analysis and client workshops.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience in implementation or transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Certified Salesforce professional; Polish and English fluency; residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis and leading discovery workshops.
• Gather and refine business requirements.
• Design Salesforce-based solutions in line with best practices.
• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools.
• Create functional documentation, user stories and backlogs.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and project teams during implementation.
• Advise clients on Salesforce capabilities and optimal solutions.
• Lead presentations, demos and product workshops for clients.
• Participate in presales activities, preparing solution concepts and estimations.
• Take on Lead Consultant role in implementations, coordinating work.
