Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Senior Payroll and Time Management Specialist in Wrocław to optimize payroll processes and ensure right-first-time delivery. You will handle end-to-end payroll in a Hire-to-Retire setting, working closely with German market requirements and internal stakeholders.

Applicants should have at least 4 years of payroll experience, strong German and English skills (min B2), and be proficient in SAP HR Payroll, SuccessFactors, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong command of German and English (min B2).
• At least 4 years in end-to-end payroll services, including German market experience.
• Preferably Hire-to-Retire Shared Services background.
• Knowledge of SAP HR Payroll and SuccessFactors is required.

Responsibilities

• The transactional A-Z payroll processing and operationalization.
• Maintain payroll accounts and centralized tasks for timely payouts.
• Answer payroll inquiries by phone and e-mail using case-management system.
• Participate in projects to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Own a complex area of expertise and train team members.
