Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Wrocław, Poland is hiring a Source to Pay Senior Process Specialist to support Procurement processes with SAP Solution Design. You will analyze requests, contribute to testing, and help standardize and improve global procurement processes in a cross-functional, global environment.

Ideal candidates have English at C1, 4+ years in process management or change management, and hands-on experience with SAP MM and Jira in a shared services setting, preferably for pharma.

Qualifications

• English level C1 required; global/shared services environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering/IT or related field.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing impacts, coordinating testing and implementation.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with clear actions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process and system change requests for SAP WeBuy within Demand to Deploy.
• Coordinate changes from analysis through testing, deployment, and closure.
• Collaborate with Process Experts, IT and stakeholders to define feasible solutions.
• Ensure changes align with global standards, compliance and templates.
