Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end payroll experience
• Knowledge of German payroll, wage tax and social security
• Experience in Hire-to-Retire Shared Services
• Proficiency with SAP HR Payroll and SuccessFactors

Responsibilities

• The transactional A-Z processing, the operationalization, and the professional support in payroll & Time Management following regulations.
• Maintaining payroll accounts and handling centralized tasks for accurate/payable payouts.
• Answering inquiries related to Payroll and Time Management via phone and e-mail using our case management system.
• Working on projects in a target-driven environment with continuous service quality improvement.
• Owning at least one complex area of expertise and training team members.
