Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the First Point of Contact for HR inquiries via email and phone.
• Advise employees and HR interfaces with clear, customer-focused communication.
• Process ownership: administer HR processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and other HR functions to optimize services.
• Contribute to knowledge base and internal training for the HR Direct team.
• Support competence centers and share updates, training and expertise.
• Help track service quality against targets and drive continuous improvement.
