Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong experience in Learning Operations or HR Services.
• Proven ability to standardize and stabilize processes.
• Experience with project work or programs and stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent German (C1) and English (B2) communication.
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented with strong prioritization and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Learning Services activities across training management and related processes.
• Standardize processes after transition and convert local requirements into scalable ways of working.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data and stakeholder feedback.
• Serve as a key contact for complex cases across levels and partners.
• Build relationships with CoE, PPM and other stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and SOP requirements.
• Prioritize work, anticipate risks and escalate when needed.
• Share expertise and support colleagues to foster accountability and learning.
