Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Payroll & Time Management Specialist to join its HR Services team in a global environment. You will deliver payroll-related services, support time management processes, and maintain data with a strong focus on accuracy and service quality.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of HR Operations experience, strong German and English skills (min B2), and familiarity with SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM.

Qualifications

• Strong German and English language skills (min B2)
• About 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, HR Administration, Shared Services, Payroll or HR-related environment
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR and payroll-related services to ensure accurate and timely payroll
• Support Payroll & Time Management processes with compliance to laws and company requirements
• Maintain employee and payroll data with high quality and accuracy
• Respond to inquiries via case management system with professional service
• Collaborate across teams and countries to resolve issues and improve processes
• Contribute to projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational excellence
