You should possess strong German and English language skills (min. B2 level) and approximately 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, HR Administration, Shared Services, Payroll, or another HR-related environment. Experience in Payroll & Time Management is an advantage, but most importantly, you are motivated to learn, develop new skills, and grow your expertise in this area.
