Philips is seeking a Senior Order Management Specialist to own complex orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely execution across the supply chain. You will resolve escalations and partner with Commercial Operations, Logistics, and Finance to drive improvements.

The role emphasizes senior mindset, process optimization, and leadership development within a hybrid, office-based setting. A relevant degree and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or comparable operational role.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end order fulfillment and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Senior mindset: ownership of complex topics, drive to resolution, cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex customer orders and ensure accurate, timely execution.
• Handle escalations and collaborate with Commercial Ops, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing and Finance.
• Identify process gaps, drive improvements, and monitor KPI performance.
• Develop leadership and business expertise through exposure to complex operational cases.
