Philips in Poland seeks a seasoned Global 3PP Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end strategy and operating models for Third-Party Products. You will lead cross-functional teams to optimize supplier relations, demand-supply alignment, and lifecycle management, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

With 12+ years in global supply chain leadership, you will shape digital roadmaps, enable eStore, and improve gross margins while guiding a high-performing, matrixed organization

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in global supply chain, procurement, commercial operations, external manufacturing, planning, fulfillment, or business transformation.
• Experience leading strategic supplier partnerships, negotiations, and performance improvement.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end order management, procurement, demand and supply planning, inventory, fulfillment, and customer delivery.
• Led cross-functional teams across Commercial, S&O, Procurement, Product Management, PLM, Quality, Regulatory/IT to achieve objectives.
• Experience with SAP/ERP, EDI, workflow automation, digital commerce, analytics, and control-tower visibility.
• Strong financial acumen including business-case development, margin, working capital, and cost-to-serve.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the global 3PP strategy, operating model, governance, organization design, and multi-year transformation roadmap.
• Own global operational and commercial performance of the 3PP network across service, quality, cost, delivery, and customer experience.
• Lead supplier relationships, negotiations, and sourcing strategy with Procurement.
• Lead global buying and planning to align demand with supply, inventory, and fulfillment plans.
• Own end-to-end 3PP order fulfillment from demand signal to customer delivery.
• Drive revenue growth, gross-margin improvement, and digital/eStore enablement with Commercial and Product Management.
• Lead product onboarding, new-product introductions, and lifecycle management with regulatory compliance.
• Transform the global 3PP operating and distribution network with agile fulfillment and optimized inventory.
• Sponsor the SmartHub digital roadmap including SAP/ERP integration, EDI, and dashboards.
• Oversee integration of TopKal into the 3PP model and governance for light-touch offerings.
• Own the 3PP business case and benefits realization including savings and EBITDA.
