Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Order Management System (OMS) Delivery Lead to steer cross‑functional teams in multi‑region transformations.

You will own design, configuration, and rollout of an enterprise OMS platform, aligning with commerce, warehouse, logistics, and customer‑service systems. Responsibilities include guiding end‑to‑end OMS delivery, coordinating priorities across vendors, mentoring team members, and ensuring architectural standards and documentation are maintained

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software-engineering or commerce-platform experience with hands-on OMS delivery.
• Proven background in leading or coordinating complex order-management implementations.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems and integration patterns.
• Experience implementing OMS solutions involving marketplace, warehouse, and logistics.
• Knowledge of order lifecycle management, inventory orchestration, and returns processing.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectural principles.
• Experience with distributed teams and agile delivery structures.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage delivery governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OMS delivery for multi-region commerce transformation programs.
• Coordinate design, configuration, and rollout of an enterprise OMS platform.
• Manage development priorities, timelines, and dependencies across teams and vendors.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and delivery leads to define scope and approach.
• Integrate OMS with commerce, payment, warehouse, logistics, and customer-service systems.
• Oversee lifecycle processes, returns, refunds, and pre-order workflows.
• Ensure consistency of architectural standards, QA, and documentation.
• Support feature planning, sprint execution, and release management processes.
• Mentor team members on functional and technical OMS practices.
• Perform issue triage, risk mitigation, and status reporting during rollout phases.
