Job summary

Philips Iberica SAU in Łódź is offering a 6-12 month Customer Order Intern role to gain hands-on experience in order management and supply chain operations within an international setting.

You will manage the Functional account mailbox for UKI orders, assist SBO before SAP entry, and work in Salesforce to prepare orders for SAP, while learning the Quote-to-Invoice process and coordinating with allocation teams.

Qualifications

• Student in at least the first year of studies.
• Proficient with MS Office; pivot tables in Excel a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Functional account mailbox for UKI orders.
• Assist SBO in cleansing activities before SAP entry.
• Work in Salesforce to organize and clean orders for SAP processing; learn Quote-to-Invoice.
• Collaborate with allocation team to secure delivery dates and smooth order processing.
