Job summary

EPAM Systems in Warsaw is seeking a Senior End-User Support Engineer to join our local team. The role requires daily presence at the Warsaw office to deliver hands-on and remote support for end users.

You will configure hardware, manage devices with Windows Endpoint Administration, and coordinate with network engineers to resolve issues while adhering to SLAs. A strong focus on communication and problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a similar end-user support role.
• Strong network troubleshooting and connectivity skills.
• Expertise in Windows endpoint administration and device management.
• Familiarity with IT service operations and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote end-user support at the Warsaw office.
• Set up and configure hardware, printers, and scanners.
• Collaborate with providers and network engineers to resolve issues.
• Maintain meeting room equipment and ensure SLA-compliant response times.
• Lead software installations and troubleshoot related problems.
• Handle incident tickets from report to resolution.
• Maintain server room health and IT equipment cabling records.
• Follow documented work instructions and keep inventory up to date.
