Job summary

Tether seeks an Event Design Coordinator to manage intake, production, and QA of event-related creative requests across teams. You will work with designers to translate requests into flawless deliverables—booths, signage, decks, digital assets, swag and invites—while spotting risks early.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management.
• Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; knowledge of dieline, safe area, RGB vs CMYK.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage several concurrent requests with deadlines.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Request intake & triage: primary contact for event-related creative requests across teams, define scope, deadlines, and constraints.
• Design collaboration & project management: brief designers with clear specs, manage multiple workstreams, track status.
• Quality Assurance: review deliverables for brand consistency, copy, resolution, bleed/trim, formats.
• Event documentation & knowledge management: file assets, organize files, maintain vendor details and lessons learned.
• Risk & logistics: anticipate delays, coordinate with vendors, keep stakeholders updated.
• Cross-team partnership: liaise between requesters and design to protect time and deadlines.
