Job summary

Gcore is seeking a Senior Event Coordinator to lead end-to-end execution of internal and external events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, webinars, and workshops. You’ll translate high-level goals into detailed plans, coordinating venues, vendors, technology, and data to ensure events run on time and within budget.

You will work with Marketing, Sales, Product, HR, IT and partners to deliver events that support pipeline generation, brand awareness, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating international events and trade shows.
• Strong project management with multiple events/d deadlines.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with attention to costs.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, venues, logistics, and onsite ops.
• Excellent English communication with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of operational delivery of international events from planning to execution.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously with deadlines and risks.
• Coordinate suppliers, venues, production partners, and organizers.
• Manage event logistics: stand production, materials, shipments, passes, hotels, onsite.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation with follow-up.
• Identify issues early and escalate risks to avoid delivery impact.
• Oversee onsite operations including build-up, staffing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the Event Lead to translate strategy into execution.
