Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to maintain and develop electronic document management systems, focusing on ELO Digital Office. You will ensure high availability and support users in a remote setup.

You will analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, create scripts, and collaborate with IT and business units to enhance system performance while using English and Polish in daily work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ELO Document Management System (ELO Digital Office).
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering the document management system, specifically ELO.
• Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects.
• Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance.
• Diagnosing errors and analyzing application logs to ensure smooth operation.
• Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality.
• Collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to enhance system performance.
• Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment.
