Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to maintain and develop electronic document management systems. You will support users of ELO Digital Office and similar platforms, ensuring high availability and a stable environment.

This remote role offers flexible work while contributing to impactful projects. Key requirements include 5+ years in DMS, strong SQL skills, and the ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with document management systems (preferably ELO).
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
• Advanced level of English and Polish; intermediate German.
• Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues; work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering the document management system (ELO or similar).
• Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects.
• Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance.
• Diagnosing errors and analyzing application logs to ensure smooth operation.
• Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality.
• Collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to enhance system performance.
• Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment.
