• Senior-level software engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, data models, and complex systems.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze technical specifications, design documents, and implementation details.
• Strong stakeholder management and knowledge-gathering skills.
• Fluent written English.

Responsibilities

• Document NDS.Live implementations, data models, APIs, publishing pipelines, and system semantics.
• Gather knowledge from subject-matter experts across the organization.
• Create and maintain accurate, scalable technical documentation.
• Identify gaps and inconsistencies in existing documentation and specifications.
• Build documentation optimized for engineers and AI/LLM-based knowledge systems.
