Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager in Poland to own engagements from qualification to delivery and value realization. You will partner with Sales, Delivery, Solutions, and client leadership to turn commitments into high-quality execution and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities include end-to-end lifecycle ownership, executive relationship building, presales leadership, and data-driven governance. Experience with AI delivery and large-scale programs is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on tech background.
• Hands-on AI delivery experience and AI adoption in SDLC.
• Full ownership of mid- to large-scale engagements with P&L accountability.
• Direct ownership of RFP/RFI responses and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end with full outcomes ownership and P&L.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Lead presales, shape engagement model, and align delivery plans with contracts.
• Scale delivery leadership from one team to a group of managers.
• Establish data-driven governance, manage risk, and drive AI-driven improvements.
