Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Warszawa is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager who will own client engagements end-to-end, from opportunity qualification through delivery execution and value realization.

You will act as the primary link between Sales, Delivery, Solutions, and client leadership, turning commitments into high-quality execution and long-term partnerships. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on delivery governance, and a native ability to manage both commercial and technical aspects

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on technology background.
• Experience delivering AI-based solutions or driving AI adoption across the SDLC.
• Full ownership of mid- to large-scale engagements (40–50+ FTE, $5M+ contract value) and P&L accountability.
• Direct ownership of RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and executive client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end from qualification to delivery and stabilization.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders; manage governance and escalations.
• Lead presales engagements and shape engagement model, delivery approach, and feasibility.
• Oversee deal-to-delivery transition with aligned SOWs and delivery plans.
• Scale delivery leadership from a single team to a group of managers.
• Establish data-driven delivery governance (KPIs, reporting, escalation).
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC efficiency and competitive narratives.
• Oversee architecture governance ensuring alignment with client requirements and quality standards.
