Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with a hands-on technology background.
• Hands-on experience with AI in delivery and AI adoption across the SDLC.
• Full ownership of mid- to large-scale engagements including 40–50+ FTE and $5M+ contract value.
• Proven leadership in client engagement, delivery management and pre-sales.
• Experience with MSAs, SOWs, commercial models, and fixed-price or outcome-based contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end from opportunity qualification through delivery execution and stabilization with full P&L ownership.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders; lead governance and escalation management.
• Lead presales engagements and own RFP/RFI responses with Sales and Solution Architects.
• Oversee the deal-to-delivery transition ensuring SOWs and delivery plans are aligned.
• Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads.
• Establish data-driven delivery governance, KPIs, reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC and strengthen proposals.
• Oversee architecture governance ensuring solutions meet client requirements and quality standards.
