Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager in Poznań to own end-to-end client engagements, from qualification to value realization. You will act as the primary link between Sales, Delivery, Solutions, and client leadership, ensuring outcomes meet commercial targets.

You will lead presales, govern delivery, and drive AI-enabled improvements across complex insurance deployments, guiding teams of Delivery Managers and Tech Leads with a deep industry and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on technology background.
• Proven AI delivery experience and native-AI mindset.
• Full ownership of mid- to large-scale engagements with 40–50+ FTE and $5M+ value and P&L accountability.
• Direct ownership of RFP/RFI responses and proposal development across complex, multi-stream delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end with full P&L accountability.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives; lead governance and escalations.
• Lead presales engagements and respond to RFP/RFI with Sales and Solution Architects.
• Manage and grow Delivery/Program Manager teams; scale delivery leadership.
• Establish data-driven delivery governance (KPIs, reporting, escalation paths).
• Drive AI adoption across delivery and SDLC to improve efficiency.
