EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own client engagements end-to-end, from opportunity qualification through delivery and value realization. Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on tech background.
• Hands-on experience with AI in delivery and SDLC.
• Full ownership of mid- to large-scale engagements (40–50+ FTE, $5M+ value).
• Proven leadership in client engagement, delivery management, and pre-sales.
• Experience with MSAs, SOWs, and fixed-price or outcome-based models.
• Direct engagement with C-level/VP stakeholders and strong negotiation.
• Strong English communications (B2+ to C1+).

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end from qualification to delivery and P&L.
• Build relationships with C-level and senior client stakeholders; manage governance and escalations.
• Lead presales engagements and own RFP/RFI responses with Sales and Solution Architects.
• Oversee transition from deal to delivery with aligned SOWs and delivery plans.
• Manage and scale delivery teams from one group to multiple managers.
• Establish data-driven delivery governance with KPIs and escalation paths.
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC efficiency and win new business.
