Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager in Warsaw to own client engagements from qualification through delivery and value realization.

You will act as the primary link between Sales, Client Partners, Delivery, Solutions, and client leadership, ensuring commercial commitments become high-quality execution and long-term partnerships. You will have 8+ years in IT services, a hands-on tech background, and experience delivering AI-based solutions with full P&L accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on technology background.
• Proven experience delivering AI-based solutions and driving AI adoption in the SDLC.
• Full ownership of mid- to large-scale engagements with P&L accountability.
• Direct engagement with C-level/VP client stakeholders and strong commercial negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end with full ownership of outcomes and P&L.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders; lead governance and escalations.
• Lead presales engagements and own RFP/RFI responses with Sales and Solution Architects.
• Lead the deal-to-delivery transition with aligned SOWs and delivery plans.
• Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads.
• Establish data-driven delivery governance, KPIs, reporting, and escalation paths.
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams and translate gains into proposals.
