EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own client engagements end-to-end, from qualification through delivery and value realization. You will link Sales, Delivery, Solutions and client leadership to translate commitments into high-impact execution.

The role combines executive client engagement, hands-on delivery governance, and technology fluency, with opportunities to shape large-scale programs and drive AI-enabled improvements across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on technology focus.
• Hands-on AI experience in delivery and SDLC improvements; native-AI mindset strengthens proposals.
• Full ownership of mid- to large-scale engagements (40–50+ FTE, $5M+ contract value) with P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end from qualification to delivery and stabilization with P&L responsibility.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders; lead governance, escalations and expectations.
• Lead presales engagements and own RFP/RFI responses with Sales and Solution Architects to shape engagement model and delivery approach.
• Ensure SOWs, commercial agreements and delivery plans are aligned and executable.
• Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads, scaling from a single team to a group of managers.
• Establish data-driven delivery governance (KPIs, reporting, escalation paths) and manage scope and commercial evolution.
• Drive AI adoption to improve SDLC efficiency and translate gains into competitive proposals.
• Oversee architecture governance and ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
