Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Poland seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to own client engagements end-to-end, from qualification to delivery and value realization.

You will serve as a primary link between Sales, Delivery, Solutions, and client leadership, shaping engagement models and ensuring successful outcomes. The role requires hands-on AI delivery experience, a track record of leading large teams (40–50+ FTE) and full P&L ownership, with a focus on building long-term client partnerships and scalable

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery.
• Hands-on AI delivery experience delivering AI-based solutions.
• Full ownership of mid- or large-scale engagements (40–50+ FTE, $5M+ contract value) with P&L accountability.
• Proven leadership in client engagement, delivery management and pre-sales across complex, multi-stream delivery.
• Experience with fixed-price or outcome-based commercial models is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end with full ownership of outcomes and P&L.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders.
• Lead presales engagements and shape the engagement model with Sales and Solution Architects.
• Oversee deal-to-delivery transition with aligned SOWs and delivery plans.
• Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads.
• Establish data-driven delivery governance and KPIs.
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC efficiency.
• Oversee architecture governance and ensure alignment with client requirements.
