Job summary

EPAM Systems in Kraków seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to own client engagements end-to-end, from qualification to delivery and value realization. You’ll partner with Sales, Client Partners, Delivery, Solutions, and leadership to translate commitments into strong execution and growth.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled delivery governance, insurance-sector expertise, and hands-on leadership of large multi‑team programs with 40–50+ FTE and $5M+ contracts. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on tech background.
• Experience with AI in delivery and SDLC, with a native-AI mindset.
• Full ownership of mid- or large-scale engagements (40–50+ FTE, $5M+).
• Proven leadership in client engagement, delivery management and pre-sales.
• Experience delivering solutions in the insurance sector and regulatory awareness.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ minimum, preferably C1+).

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end with full ownership of outcomes and P&L.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Lead presales and RFP/RFI responses with Sales and Solution Architects.
• Ensure SOWs, commercial agreements and delivery plans are aligned and executable.
• Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads.
• Establish data-driven delivery governance, KPIs, and risk mitigation.
• Drive AI adoption to improve SDLC efficiency and competitive proposals.
• Oversee architecture governance and ensure quality alignment with client needs.
