EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own client engagements from qualification to value realization. You will orchestrate Sales, Client Partners, Delivery, Solutions, and leadership to transform commitments into high‑quality delivery and long-term growth.

The role emphasizes executive engagement, governance, and hands‑on delivery with a focus on the insurance domain and AI-enabled improvements within complex environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on tech background.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions and governing SDLC delivery.
• Full ownership of mid- to large-scale engagements with P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end with full ownership of outcomes and P&L.
• Build trusted C-level relationships and lead governance, escalations, and negotiations.
• Lead presales, shape engagement model, and ensure feasible delivery plans.
• Oversee deal-to-delivery transitions, SOWs, and commercial agreements.
• Grow and mentor a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads.
• Establish data-driven delivery governance and monitor KPIs and risk.
• Drive AI adoption to improve SDLC efficiency and competitive proposals.
• Oversee architecture governance aligned with client requirements and quality standards.
