EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to own engagements from opportunity through successful delivery, ensuring value realization for Insurance sector clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage senior client and IT stakeholders, and drive governance and strategy across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes risk management, strategic communication, and hands-on delivery leadership with a global AI-focused delivery mindset. Hybrid work with Poland-based remote options is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting or digital delivery environments.
• Experience leading client engagements, delivery management, or pre-sales at scale.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream delivery and governance.
• Strong understanding of SOWs, commercials and delivery models.
• Excellent English communication and senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary engagement owner from qualification through delivery execution.
• Establish trusted relationships with client sponsors, business owners and IT leadership.
• Own client communication cadence, escalation management and expectation setting.
• Drive value realization by aligning outcomes with client objectives and measurable benchmarks.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Architects to shape engagement model and delivery approach.
• Oversee delivery governance, milestones and quality standards across engagements.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies and scope evolution, including AI adoption in delivery.
