Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on technology background.
• Experience with AI in delivery and SDLC is preferred.
• Proven leadership in end-to-end engagement delivery with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end from qualification to delivery and profitability.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and client stakeholders to govern and escalate as needed.
• Lead presales engagements and RFP/RFI responses with sales and solution architects.
• Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads.
