Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. in Wroclaw seeks an experienced customer relationship professional for a hybrid role. You will manage key client relationships, oversee end-to-end order management, and support CRM workflows to drive service excellence.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (or higher), 3+ years in a similar position, and proficiency in SAP and Salesforce with English at C1 level. Multilingual abilities are a plus; a temporary contract is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Equivalent professional experience (minimum 3 years).
• Strong ERP and CRM systems knowledge (SAP and Salesforce).
• English at minimum C1 level.
• Knowledge of any additional European languages is a plus.
• Highly self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach and flexibility to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively managing key customer relationships and acting as the primary contact for service-related queries and issues.
• Handling end-to-end order management, including monitoring status, addressing backorders, and providing proofs of delivery.
• Reviewing PO requirements to ensure alignment with terms, using CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Preparing and analyzing operational reports and dashboards for internal and client use.
• Collaborating with internal logistics, claims, credit control, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Participating in regular customer meetings to identify improvements in satisfaction and efficiency.
