Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, international sales or export activities or related discipline.
• 5–10 years’ experience in B2B environments.
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills (MS Office); experience with ERP systems such as IFS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact between customers, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
• Enter and monitor purchase, sales, and related data in the local IT system from order entry to completion.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally and support Product Managers with inventory monitoring.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Support payment collection, credit limit control, and payment recovery when needed.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and accounting for efficient processes.
• Share market insights and sales opportunities gathered through customer contact.
• Manage inventory and logistics from suppliers to customers.
