Job summary

Genpact in Poland is seeking a Sr. Associate in Customer Care - Sales & Support. You will handle order management and issue resolution using Salesforce, SAP and customer portals to ensure timely, compliant processing and OTIF performance.

You will build strong internal relationships, analyze order trends, and drive continuous improvement while meeting KPI targets in a hybrid work setting. Fluency in German is required for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree(s) in business disciplines or related fields.
• German language proficiency at an advanced level (C1).
• Experience in customer care, order management, and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in customer service through order management and problem solving.
• Use Salesforce, SAP and portals to manage end-to-end order flow and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain data in SAP.
• Prepare reports and drive continuous process improvement and LSS projects.
• Participate in daily tier reviews, trainings, and compliance/EHS courses.
