Liebherr-Polska sp. z o.o. in Warsaw seeks a Team Leader Customer Service (m/f/d) for the Refrigeration and Freezing Division to lead the regional service team and drive performance in the Polish market.

You will oversee strategic and operational management of service areas, optimize processes, and implement service strategies while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, dealers, and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Technical or commercial vocational training completed.
• Several years of international service experience with leadership of service organizations.
• Strong customer orientation with German and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic and operational management of all service areas in the Polish market.
• Plan, manage and optimize service processes for efficiency.
• Implement global/ regional service strategies in Poland.
• Analyse KPIs to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, dealers, service partners and external providers.
• Lead and develop the regional service organization and network.
• Foster knowledge transfer and build sustainable customer relationships.
