Job summary

CCR Commercial Refrigeration seeks an experienced Refrigeration Project Engineer to join the CO2OLTEC team in Warsaw. You will drive complex projects from concept through handover, coordinating with Sales, Customers, Operations, Service, Logistics and external partners.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, design optimization, and direct customer collaboration, with travel up to 10% and a focus on delivering compliant, high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in refrigeration design or project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration technologies and customer-facing projects.
• Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Communicative English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design refrigeration systems and prepare documentation.
• Develop technical solutions and project calculations for customer projects.
• Support Sales with technical concepts and engineering data.
• Coordinate technical aspects of project execution and design changes.
• Assist commissioning, handover and ensure safety and contractual compliance.
