Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in Customer Services, SAP experience preferred.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English and willingness to use other European languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely processing of orders and contracts in SAP.
• Update customer accounts and perform extensions/amendments in SAP.
• Issue and cancel invoices and communicate status to customers.
• Track order delivery dates and ensure on-time performance.
• Provide regular KPI and status reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Disputes teams to resolve issues.
