Job summary

Huntsman in Krakow seeks a Customer Supply Representative to support order fulfillment and transactional services across the business. You will ensure timely processing from order receipt to dispatch and invoicing, using SAP and standard processes.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, monitoring orders, resolving issues, and collaborating with Sales Engineers and Supply Chain colleagues to maintain high service levels. Fluency in English is required; Polish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in an international environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from receipt to dispatch and invoicing using SAP.
• Respond to customer queries and amendments to maintain service levels.
• Monitor order status and resolve issues affecting customers.
• Log, process and progress inquiries while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers and Supply Chain colleagues to support customers.
