Job summary

Honeywell in Katowice is seeking a Lead Customer Experience Specialist to be the primary contact for an assigned portfolio, coordinating sales and operations across the Order-To-Cash process.

This hybrid role involves managing orders, updates, claims, and cross-functional collaboration with ISC, Logistics, Finance and Sales to maximize revenue and ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Business fluent in written and spoken English (plus German - nice to have).
• 5+ years Customer Support and/or OtC experience.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP processes.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries on product availability, prices, lead times and orders.
• Update CRM/ERP records and manage customer setup and changes.
• Resolve roadblocks in Order-To-Cash processes to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Coordinate with ISC, Logistics, Finance and Sales to meet expectations.
• Support revenue-maximization activities and monthly closures.
• Provide backlog management and status updates to customers.
