Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Katowice seeks a Lead Customer Experience Specialist to own the end-to-end customer journey for a portfolio. You will act as the primary contact, coordinating with sales, logistics, finance and operations to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.

The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with a focus on process improvements, data updates, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years Customer Support and/or OtC experience in supply chain / order management.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP system business processes.
• High level of MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with Sales and Operations.
• Validate and book customer orders; manage changes and provide status updates.
• Coordinate with internal functions to resolve roadblocks and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Set up and maintain customer records and order entry processes.
• Provide proactive communication on delays and backlog; support revenue maximization activities.
