Job summary
Skyways Technics Poland is seeking a Composite Shop Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in the component repair workshop. You will plan daily work, supervise technicians, monitor progress, and ensure repairs follow approved maintenance data and OEM instructions, while maintaining safety standards.
The role requires hands-on leadership, practical coaching, and collaboration with Technical Services to address engineering queries and approvals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in aircraft composite repair within aviation maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years in supervisory/lead role within a composite workshop.
- Strong knowledge of CMM, SRM, and OEM repair documentation.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily composite workshop activities.
- Plan and allocate work based on priorities and resources.
- Conduct daily work allocation meetings with clearly defined tasks.
- Monitor repair progress against turnaround times and targets.
- Ensure repairs comply with maintenance data, CMM, SRM, OEM instructions.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance during complex repairs.
- Coordinate with Technical Services on damage assessments and repair approvals.
- Identify and document damages, findings, and deviations promptly.
