Job summary

Skyways Technics in Poland seeks an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to perform structural repairs and maintenance on aircraft components within the Skyways Technics Poland workshop. You will execute repairs per approved maintenance data and OEM documentation, ensuring high quality and safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years of practical experience in aircraft sheet metal repair or similar aviation maintenance, with preference for experience in ATR components and familiarity with Part-145

Qualifications

• Read and understand technical drawings and maintenance documentation.
• Good knowledge of sheet metal tools, equipment, and repair techniques.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with electronic maintenance documentation and systems.
• Good command of English to understand technical documentation in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform sheet metal repairs on aircraft components and flight controls per approved data and procedures.
• Carry out structural repairs including drilling, cutting, forming, riveting, and assembly of metallic structures.
• Remove and replace damaged structural parts as specified in repair documentation.
• Follow repair manuals and maintenance data accurately and document work performed.
